Victoria Justice appeared in Melbourne, Victoria , Australia on the 10th of November, 2012. (She popped in today!). I didn't get a chance to see her in Water Gardens, but maybe next time. She came to the state I Live in, obviously Victoria, and here is a video of her saying 'HI' to her Aussie fans. Enjoy.
